HAR Wins Years 7 and 8 Cricket Competition

On Tuesday 6th July, Harris Academy Rainham took part in a triangular cricket competition for Years 7 and 8 with Harris Academy Chafford Hundred (HACH) and Harris Academy Ockendon (HAO).

Not put off by the weather, the three teams were eager to get going. In the first match, HAR played HAO. HAR batted first and scored a magnificent 91 off just 10 overs, with Taranveer retiring on 20 not out. In reply, HAO got off to a slow start but managed to hit themselves back into the game.
